Welcome to Mr. BodyPump personal training. Our training is always one-on-one instruction
that incorporates goal setting and health education into challenging workouts specially
designed for each individual's specific needs. Your trainer will be there to instruct
you on proper technique on a variety of exercises and at the same time, motivate you to
achieve your fitness goals.
