Mr. BodyPump takes personal training to the highest standard in the nation. All of our trainers hold active national accepted certifications alone with being CPR & AED certified. In addition each trainer is required to complete 6 hours of continuing education each month. Weekly meeting are used as a forum to stay informed of all the latest updates concerning fitness, nutrition, and rehab training. Many of our trainers have specialized in areas of expertise ranging from sport conditioning to joint replacement rehabilitation. Our trainers have unlimited access to advice and guidance from top professionals in fields of psychology, exercise physiology, sports medicine, sports nutrition, and chiropractics.
